Shipping & Returns


Shipping:

All shipping fees include cost for shipping and packaging materials, insurance to the full value of the item(s), and Delivery Signature (if applicable.) Our preferred shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. FedEx may be used, if requested by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply with these carriers.

We will email you a copy of your paid receipt and tracking information, once your item is ready for shipment. Most USPS shipments within the Continental United States will arrive in 2-5 business days.

If you do not receive an email from us with this information, please email us at BoostinPerformance@gmail.com with your name, shipping address and a brief description of the item(s) ordered.

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error on our part, please contact us and we will issue a return tag for the incorrect part at no cost to you. We will also ship out the correct part at no additional cost to you.

International Customers & Orders:
Please contact us first before placing your order as certain restrictions may apply. International shipping is not available in all locations / available for all products.
We typically ship through USPS (when applicable); however, UPS or FedEx may be used if requested. Transit times are generally 3-15 business days, depending on location.
International customers are responsible for ALL Customs, Duties and Taxes.

Returns:
No refunds or exchanges will be honored after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned UNUSED in the original box/packaging to receive a full refund within the first 15 day Grace Period. If an item is returned after the 15 day Grace Period, a store credit will be issued.

For shortages, errors or price adjustments, contact us IMMEDIATELY. Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).

Fabricated parts are non-refundable, since the item(s) are made specific to your application/request.

All electronics are non-refundable (gauges, engine management systems, EBCS, etc).

Warranty:
All parts are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Any claims for damage/defects must be reported prior to installation. Parts installed, cannot be returned/warrantied.

For questions regarding warranty coverage on Boostin Performance rebuilds (short blocks, cylinder heads, 5 speed manual transmissions, DSM transfer cases, etc), please contact us as the item will need to be inspected by us to determine if there is a warranty issue.

Please note that not all items may be in stock at the time of purchase, and additional transit time may apply. We will notify you immediately if there is a delay with your order.

Due to the nature of motor sports, we cannot imply all warranty issues will be covered by Boostin Performance and/or the part manufacturer. In addition, some manufacturers will not warranty performance oriented parts, or may offer a limited time warranty (30 or 60 days).

**NOTE**

Depending on your residence, some parts may not be legal for street use. Please refer to your local state and city ordinances/laws before proceeding with an installation(s).

How do I return an item?
