TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to, and use of this site, are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not continue to use this website.

SHIPPING:

ALL orders MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS USED FOR THE CREDIT CARD.

You will receive an emailed copy of your paid receipt and tracking information, once your item is ready for shipment. Most USPS shipments within the Continental United States will arrive in 2-5 business days. If you do not receive an email from us with this information within 3 business days after your order has been placed, please email us at BoostinPerformance@gmail.com with your name, shipping address and a brief description of the item(s) ordered.

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will issue a return tag for the incorrect part, and will ship out the correct part, at no cost to you.

Boostin Performance, Inc. is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the shipping process, or orders left unattended outside of a buyer's house.
Please note that not all items may be in stock at the time of purchase, especially special order items, (I.E. Turbochargers, Boostin Performance, Inc. Products, etc). Additional transit time for these orders may apply. We will notify you immediately if there is a delay with your order.

International Orders: Please contact us before placing any international orders. We ship via USPS; however, UPS or FedEx may be used, if requested. Transit times for international orders are generally 3-15 business days, depending on location. International customers are responsible for any and all Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Fees that may apply to the shipment.

RETURNS:
No refunds or exchanges will be honored after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned UNUSED in the original box/packaging to receive a full refund within the first 15 day Grace Period. If an item is returned after the 15 day Grace Period, a store credit will be issued. There are no exceptions to this company policy.

For shortages or errors, contact us IMMEDATELY. Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).

Fabricated parts are NON-REFUNDABLE, since the item(s) are made specific to your application/request.
All electronics are NON-REFUNDABLE(gauges, engine management systems, EBCS, etc).
Turbochargers are NON-REFUNDABLE, due to the multiple options available, which make them unique to your application.

WARRANTY:
All products available for purchase on this site are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Any claims for damage/defects must be reported prior to installation, as parts installed on a vehicle cannot be returned/warrantied. Please review the manufacturer's stated warranty coverage for information regarding issues with defective/damaged parts. (Note: Labor is NON-REFUNDABLE and any claims WILL NOT BE honored.)

Due to the nature of motorsports, Boostin Performance, Inc. cannot imply all warranty issues will be covered by Boostin Performance, Inc. and/or the parts manufacturer. In addition, some manufacturers will not warranty performance oriented parts, or may offer a limited warranty (30 or 60 days). It is important that you review all warranty coverage information before contacting Boostin Performance, Inc. or the manufacturer.

For questions regarding warranty coverage on Boostin Performance, Inc. rebuilds (short blocks, cylinder heads, Evo 5-speed manual transmissions, DSM transfer cases, etc), please contact us as the item will need to be inspected to determine possible warranty coverage/repairs.

Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

However, even if the third party is affiliated with the company, Boostin Performance, Inc. has no control over these linked third party sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of this site.
