Archer Fabrications Stock TD05 DSM Flange Bottom Mount Turbo Manifold
Fits all upgraded Stock DSM flange turbos.
Please Note: This is not a 100% Factory replacement turbo manifold, and was not built using a Stock manifold fixture. Although it holds the same turbo flange to fit a T25, or 14B/16G turbo; this manifold was intended for upgraded Stock flange turbos such as the FP GREEN, FP RED, FP BLACK, and the older DSM76HTA, DSM82HTA, DSM86HTA turbos, or any other turbo of like size with a TD06/TD06H Turbine flange.
Being that it is intended for the larger frame "Stock Appearing turbos" , the use of slim fans required, pusher fan on Driver side
This manifold requires x4 1 1/2” M10x1.25 studs to be used on the turbine housing with standard non-flanged nuts on the manifold side
-Precision TIG welded
-Fully back purged
-304L schedule 40 stainless runners
-1/2" CNC milled 1018 steel Head Flange and Turbo Flange
-TIAL 44mm MVR stainless waste gate inlet flange
-Port smoothing of Runner Entries and Collector Outlet Now standard
-Runner entries and collector are welded inside for utmost strength
-All flanges welded using thick aluminum heat sinks to prevent warpage during welding
-Flanges decked flat to ensure perfect seal
-Able to keep your 2g radiator
-No denting of water pipe
-3 year warranty against weld defects to the original purchaser
